Qualification of pipes

1.Standard
¡¡The PE pipe for water supply of our company is produced and detected strictly according to GB/T13663-2000, ISO4427-1990 and GB/T17219.


2.Color
¡¡The color of our PE pipe for water is black and the stripe is blue.


3.Series and specifications
¡¡The PE pipe for water supply of our company can be classified into two series of PE80 and PE100 according to PE materials. PE80 pipe series includes SDR11, SDR13.6, SDR17, SDR21, SDR33 and so on. PE100 pipe series includes SDR11, SDR13.6, SDR17, SDR21, SDR26 and so on..


4.Length
¡¡Usually the pipe length is 6m,9m,12m.Also we can product any length pipe to satisfy our customers.Pipe less than 63mm can be coiled,the length is 50m,100m,150m etc.Specially,pipe diameter between 75mm and 110mm can be coiled also according customers requirements.

¡¡Only a brittle fracture should be concerned in hydrostatic strength test (165h) at 80¡ãC. If a test piece fails in a ductile mode in less than 165h, a retest shall be performed at a lower stress and a new minimum failure time selected follow table.
