Pipe Technology Performance

1.Standard
　Our PE gas pipes are satisfactorily in accordance with European prEN 1555-2 standard and ISO 4437 standard.

2.Color
　The color of our PE gas pipes is black and the stripe is yellow.

3.Series and specifications
　Our PE gas pipe series includes SDR11 and SDR17.6. SDR11 shows the value of nominal outside diameter divided by wall thickness(de/e) is 11.So dose SDR17.6.Our specifications include 15 types of D32,D40,D50,D63,D75,D90,D110,D125,D160,D200,D225,D250,D315,D400 pipe etc.

4.Length
　Usually the pipe length is 6m,9m,12m.Also we can product any length pipe to satisfy our customers.Pipe less than 63mm can be coiled,the length is 50m,100m,150m etc.Specially,pipe diameter greater than 63mm can be coiled also according customers requirements.

The saddle tee from some other domestic company

　　As is shown in the figure above, in the saddle tee from some other domestic company, there is only one seal at the saddle cap, which means one has to open the saddle cap first and seal the jonits by screw thread. While in Zhongcai saddle tee, we add two seals at the place 2 and 3, as shown in the figure. This structure guarantees to prevent the leakage of gas from the screw thread during the process of cure, which contribute a lot to the safety of the products. It is a invention in China.

Zhongcai embedded electric-fusion fittings: No oxidizing layer on the surface; With moderate and adjustable distance between resistance wire and fitting surface; Excellent and aesthetic welding performance.

Naked electric-fusion fittings: Resistance wire is liable to be oxidized, which will have a severely ill effect to welding performance. Resistance wire is easy to be pushed, which will result in short circuit.
